Running is perhaps to most basic of Erica Desai’s forms of sports and exercise. Running is something she can do independently, which makes it one of her most chosen forms of exercise for when she’s on the go. She doesn’t need a gym membership or a group of friends to go on a run; however either of those elements can at times enhance the experience for her.
Swimming is a great form of cardio and full-body exercise that also boasts the benefit of being in water and safe from most serious injuries. Erica Desai likes swimming because it is also something she can do on her own; however it does require membership to a gym or pool.
Of all of her choices for athletic activity, Erica Desai gets the most enjoyment from playing volleyball. She says the aesthetic of teamwork is what makes volleyball such a great sport to play; as it encourages players to develop good communication skills with their teammates and work together to achieve a win. It is her favorite sport to play.
